I love working with clients and helping them discover and reclaim the best parts of themselves - parts that may have been lost, discarded, or devalued. Integrating these parts into our personalities allows us to live from our authentic self - a place of joy, peace, and surrender, where harmonious relationships develop naturally and easily.
I help clients dealing with anxiety, depression, job and financial stress, and trauma. I enjoy working with adults, teens, children, and couples.
I earned a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate in Eating Disorders from John F. Kennedy University. I am a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and incorporate mindfulness and relaxation skills into my work with clients. I'm also a Painting From the Source process painting facilitator, having completed an intensive 2-year training with Aviva Gold. I love to blend my knowledge of yoga, guided imagery, and expressive arts in the work I do with clients.
As one of the primary therapists at Casa Serena Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorders Program in Concord, CA , I help adults suffering from eating disorders heal. I work with families whose loved ones suffer from eating disorders and offer them education about eating disorders and how to support their loved one. I also teach yoga, mindfulness, and meditation skills which clients continually tell me help them to access their own healing wisdom.
